One of the most wonderful things to see is a child laughing with every fiber in him. It can actually become contagious. But have you ever had that happen to you?
Laughter is one of the greatest remedies for depression, tiredness, stress and a dull moment. Real laughter is from the heart. It also is a medicine that can bring healing to you.
In Proverbs 17:22 it says…” A merry heart does good like a medicine…”
I love to laugh and it is joy unspeakable! Go ahead, laugh out loud today.
